Laser-focused and goal-orientated, Garry holds nearly two decades of proven experience across building, construction, infrastructure, mining and energy projects of different scales and complexity across Australia and the UK.

With a background in project management and quantity surveying, he is regarded as an expert in quantum, commercial and contracts, and resolving time and cost claims.

Garry has managed a variety of claims, contracts, tenders, and sub‐contracting on projects up to $2 billion in value with a portfolio of project experience up to $100 million annual turnover. Recently, he has been a pivotal member of the landmark construction of the Sydney Metro Pitt Street Station.

A highly capable leader, Garry enjoys and thrives in managing and mentoring teams of quantity surveyors and commercial staff as well as coordinating shareholders, stakeholders, consultants, contractors and engineers. Integrity, trust, responsibility and respect are the foundations which he brings to any project.

Garry is equally adept at leading teams of quantity surveyors and commercial staff as well as liaising and communicating with all other relevant stakeholders, including government and shareholders. He provides expert advice to Tier 1 to 3 builders and civil contractors, insurance providers and legal practices. Garry has also prepared expert evidence for several claims for cost, time acceleration, and disruption.
