About the roles
Anvelo provides independent expert reports for quantum, delay, and disruption matters across all types of projects. The role is part of our expert services division which has been a key part of our ongoing success. You will have the opportunity to be involved with matters across the fields of building, residential, commercial, industrial, rail, civil & infrastructure, oil & gas, energy, and mining industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be or assist the Expert.
- Assist leading and managing a profitable business unit.
- Grow team capability and performance.
- Mentor technical staff.
- Carry out fact-finding exercises to determine clarity of events.
- Carry out delay analysis using the methods described in the SOCL Protocol.
- Carry out disruption analysis using the methods described in the SOCL Protocol.
- Assist in the drafting of delay and disruption expert matter reports.
Experience and skills needed:
- Relevant formal qualifications in engineering, construction and/or quantity surveying.
- Strong and relevant experience in an Expert Assistant capacity.
- Strong people and leadership ability.
- Extensive experience with EOT claims, delay and disruption, preferably in the transport infrastructure and/or heavy construction sectors.
- Strong market reputation in delay and disruption matters.
- Proven experience in delay and disruption technique implementation.
- Project controls experience is desirable.
- Relevant chartered credentials are highly regarded.
