He has a proven track record for implementing best practice in planning and project controls. Vikram has effectively implemented project controls processes to achieve challenging deadlines and budgets. Vikram’s specific experience comes from working on civil infrastructure, roads and rollingstock, with complex design interfaces and logistics.
He has a particular expertise in implementing risk and earned value processes to identify the root
cause of slippage and provide accuracy in schedule forecasting and project delivery.
